Winner of “Best Corporate Governance Report Award 2006”
N.C. Housing Public Company Limited (NCH), the first ISO-awarded housing company in Thailand, has won the “Best Corporate Governance Report Award 2006” from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This prestigious award is presented to the listed company with the best compliance to the SET’s 15 good corporate governance principles including disclosure and transparency, rights of shareholders, equitable treatment of shareholders, role of stakeholders, and board responsibilities.
The Award reflects not only the great effort of NCH’s teamwork to strictly follow good corporate governance practices, but also the Company’s high standard in operational planning, and management system with transparency, morality, accountability, accuracy, ethics, and public disclosure – thereby, worthy of being a good corporate example to the private sector.
