The Company’s history dates back to 1963 with the establishment of a construction supplies store in the Lat Phrao area. Upholding honesty and fairness as the core of business operation, our achievements have been widely appreciated and in the process have gained the respect of our peers within the property development industry. In 1981, with the intention to get seriously involved in the field of property development, we started to accumulate lands in the Northern zone and the circumference of Bangkok that are high-potential locations with accessible public infrastructure and transportation networks for use in the development of quality project deliverables that best serve the demands of future consumers.

N.C. Housing Public Company Limited (NCH), a subsidiary of N.C. Group, is well-known by its signature housing project name – ‘Baan Fah’. Under the leadership of Namchai Tantaterdtham, NCH was founded on February 2, 1994 to conduct property development business with the initial registered capital of 20 million Baht which was increased to 100 million Baht at the end of 1994. To streamline its investment portfolio, the Company has also raised the registered capital to 266 million Baht in early 1996. At present, NCH’s current registered capital is recorded at 1.186 billion Baht. Being a prominent leader in Thailand’s real estate industry, the company operates more than 35 housing projects – including Baan Fah Piyarom, Baan Fah Green Park (at Rangsit Klong 2, Lat Phrao, Pinklao, and Phutthamonthon), Baan Fah Lagoon, Baan Fah Rangsit, Baan Fah Toor Fun, Baan Fah Choom Pruek, Baan Fah Klong Luang, Thanyathanee Home On Green, Narisa Thonburirom, to name a few. The projects are valued at over 20 billion Baht in total. |
