Under the leadership of Namchai Tantaterdtham and adhering to his honest and fair business practices, NCH was founded on February 2, 1994, to conduct residential estate development business under the signature name ‘Baan Fah’, with the initial registered capital of 20 million Baht which was increased to 100 million Baht at the end of 1994. To support business growth, the Company has recently raised its registered capital to 1,186 million Baht.
At present, NCH has earned national recognition for its 25 successfully developed ‘Baan Fah’ housing projects, with a total property value of around 13 billion Baht. These projects include Baan Fah Piyarom Lake and Park, Ruen Luang, Khieng Suan, Ruen Phana, Ing Nathee, Baan Fah Green Park (at Rangsit and Lat Phrao), Baan Fah Lagoon, Baan Fah Rangsit, Srinakarin Grand Home, Baan Fah Toor Fun, Baan Fah Choom Pruek, Baan Fah Klong Luang, Thanyathanee Home On Green, Chantima Park (Phutthamonthon Sai 5), Baan Suan Lalana (Jomtien-Pattaya), and Narisa Thonburirom.

NCPM provides the complete project management service in the area of sales and marketing, construction, and registration transfer including business restructuring and co-management with existing owner such as Baan Suan Lalana (Jomtien-Pattaya), Chantima Park (Phutthamonthon Sai 5), and Thanyathanee Home On Green.

Being the first residential estate community management company in Thailand to be ISO 9001:2000 certified, QLM provides a community management service to ‘Baan Fah’ housing projects after the ownership is transferred.
